We couldn't find the gift box we wanted, so we decided to create one ourselves.
We tried out a lot until we finally ended up with the Buntbox.
The gift box had to be simple, beautiful and customisable. In addition, it should be possible to keep it in stock in order to offer short delivery times and even the smallest quantities.
The BUNTBOX was born out of these challenges.
The Buntbox had to look beautiful as well as be nice to touch; that's why we decided to use a high-quality through-dyed fine cardboard with beautiful rich colours. For the sake of the environment, it is also 100% recycled, which is also very important to us.
We have deliberately avoided ornaments, decorations and other frills because we think that less is often more when it comes to good design.
Now the box should be customisable. Since the box consists of two different parts, why not mix the colours? The BUNTBOX was born. It is the gift box we wanted, because it is beautiful, simple and at the same time customisable through a variety of colour combinations.
Finally, the BUNTBOX should not stand around in the way when not in use and should be space-saving. This is the case because we deliver it flat.

The BUNTBOX is quality "Made in Germany". The folding boxes are manufactured in our parents' family business Ebro Color where otherwise high-quality sales packaging is produced from solid cardboard.
